Helping people realize, “The American Dream” of home ownership is the goal of Jared Thom and his mortgage team. Growing up on a farm, Jared learned that the effort and care a person puts into any job determines the outcome. Doing the job correctly the first time saves both time and effort and makes things better for everyone in the long run. For Jared, these life lessons translate over into the mortgage business. His work ethic , emphasis on communication, and superior service, set him apart from his competition. Jared is very involved with his community Homeowner Association, and has served as the Board Treasurer and presently as the Board President. Someday he hopes to be able to get back to his farm roots, by owning some farm land to grow crops and raising a few farm animals for his family to enjoy.
